    • Job summary

      As a sales-recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment cycle from interview to hire stage. You will also form strong relationships with clients and headhunt for both lowly and highly skilled professionals.

      We offer a 2-day training program which sets you up for success and a personalized career progression plan that allows you to grow within the company however fast you wish!

      WHAT YOU'LL DO:

      • Full-desk recruitment- work with lowly and highly skilled professionals and assist them in finding roles with our clients
      • Assist in the offer process and all aspects of the hire - from the interview process to hire stage
      • Advertise for said roles and source for skilled candidates for the role
      • Find clients and create relationships with them through business development

      WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

      • Basic knowledge of Polish labour and immigration laws
      • A competitive can-do attitude, sky-high ambition and ability to work in a multinational team
      • The ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
      • Previous sales or recruitment experience (preferred)
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish
